WE ARE
We have a number of mediators with a broad range of interests available to advise on and assist with mediation at short notice.
Our approach is to encourage parties to move from their positions of the past & present and to focus on their aims and interests of the future, resulting in a mutually agreed settlement.

OUR
MEDIATORS
Our team of mediators is headed by our founders, Bijesh Patel and Michelle Williams.
Pathfinder Mediation is also able to call upon the experience of a bank of external consultants providing a strong framework for dealing with a diverse range of disputes.

Bijesh Patel
"Having worked as an International Commercial Lawyer in a City Law firm for over 20 years and latterly as a legal adviser for Citizens Advice Bureau, I realised that the legal system is not always the best forum for the resolution of all disputes.
I passionately believe that mediation allows people to find workable solutions without the bitterness, stress and expense of legal battles."
"With my background in dealing with patients and their associated needs for over 25 years in the Health Service, I recognised that active listening in conjunction with an empathetic approach were the way forward in understanding and helping to resolve many issues.
I wholeheartedly believe that mediation provides the space to step back, think and reflect, empowering people to refocus and find a new perspective."
