Complaints Procedure:

We hope you will have no cause for complaint, however, Pathfinder Mediation acknowledges that sometimes even the best-laid plans may go slightly awry.  If you are dissatisfied with our services, please do let us know.

How to complain:

We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and will respond within 21 days.

Pathfinder Mediation hopes to resolve things to your satisfaction, but in the unlikely situation that things remain unresolved, the CMC operates a final stage complaints procedure and may be contacted at:
